This was my first time attending this show, and also my first time at the Chicago 1933 venue. My first impression was very positive: the place is cozy and welcoming, and the staff were incredibly helpful and attentive.

Sille Kadri, the host, led the evening like a pro. She brought plenty of humor, kept a great pace, and found the perfect balance between not too short and not too long. She handled the intervals and transitions between the different artists brilliantly.
Ana Falcon, the stand-up comedian, kicked off the evening with anecdotes that had us absolutely dying of laughter. I’ve seen her several times before, and I love how she keeps reinventing herself. She has a wonderful way of turning serious or relatable situations into comedy, making the audience feel completely at ease.

The d’Argento brought the fire to the dance floor with his music choices, and then turned up the heat even further with his burlesque performance. His outfits, incredible moves and mesmerizing hip work had the whole room cheering and screaming.
Delfi Oraakel has an incredible stage presence, worthy of the Moulin Rouge. I was completely captivated, not only by her stunning costume, but also by her grace, elegance, and the way she commanded the stage. There was something almost hypnotic about her performance, and she had the whole room completely spellbound.

One of the artists unfortunately couldn’t make it, but a magician stepped in at the very last minute and saved the show. It was a lovely surprise and added yet another unexpected layer to an already wonderfully varied evening.
There was also a little corner with Cvm.Unity Surwigs, the fortune teller. I didn’t get a chance to try it myself, but she definitely brought a touch of colour and warmth to the room and the stage.

I really enjoyed the energy of the evening. The atmosphere was joyful, warm, and festive. Each artist brought their own unique touch, taking us through laughter, admiration, burlesque, magic, and spectacular performances.
A wonderfully varied evening and a complete little escape from everyday life.

Thank you to everyone involved for transporting us into a bubble of joy for the evening.
The Tallinn Fringe continues through 18 September, where these performers and more can be seen around town.
